The Content Coordinator is an exciting, highly valued position working with the Content team behind our award-winning training content. The Content Coordinator facilitates a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the department by making sure administrative and project management tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting by Library
  • Manage and track contracts with authors and vendors
  • Update and validate monthly Content cost tracking by language
  • Assist the Content Leadership team with generating and formatting presentations
  • Assist the team with managing and maintaining course and author metadata; contribute to data governance and ensure data accuracy through all stages of the course production workflow
  • Act as a liaison between Content teams, Workplace team, and GTS to maintain Content buildings and technology, for example helping new hires get set up with workplaces, equipment, mailing list access, etc.
  • Administrative support for Director of International Content including travel, expenses and calendar management where needed
  • Support the Content Leadership Team as needed for special projects and perform other duties as may be assigned

 
Basic qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a large volume of schedules and projects
  • Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational, interpersonal and systems skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German language skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Self-motivated, skilled, and proactive communicator and problem solver
  • Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to adapt to the various styles and personalities within a team
  • Ability to balance many details, tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively while still meeting deadlines
  • Ability to write and maintain documentation
  • Have the aptitude to quickly learn new concepts and skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat a plus
