Content Marketing Executive

Position Overview
As a content marketing executive you will support the implementation of marketing campaigns for our key partners, prospects and internal audiences. Working closely with other teams to deliver departmental and corporate KPIs, you play a key role in delivering top class marketing and communications programmes, through robust internal and external planning and execution.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering the overall campaign strategy and plans.
- Executing campaigns including: multi-channel lead generation programmes, digital and online marketing and client-focused events.
- Supporting the development of compelling marketing collateral and assets, including working towards becoming a thought leader.
- Helping to manage the marketing information system, in particular monitoring and tracking lead generation activities, capturing client and market intelligence and using these to execute the marketing strategy.
- Being a brand ambassador, guardian and promoter of the corporate brand.
- Helping to manage our content calendar and social media channels.
- Contributing to the creation of all marketing content, such as blog posts, emails, video scripts, case studies and other supporting marketing materials.

- Successful completion of 3 month probationary period
- Annual appraisals
- Responsible to Marketing Manager
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2 to 3 years experience working in a marketing / communications environment, this could be agency or and in-house.
- Ability to demonstrate a solid contribution to successful marketing campaigns, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, an ability to prepare and proofread client-facing materials is essential as is the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and with own initiative and also as a key part of a team towards achievement of shared objectives.
- A sound understanding of marketing and communications techniques coupled with the ability to evaluate, influence and recommend the focus of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree educated (Appropriate degree preferred).
- Formal marketing education, or studying towards, would be an advantage.
- Experience and/or knowledge of online marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM, content management system.
- Some design experience with Keynote, Microsoft and Adobe suites would be desired but not essential.
- Business-to-Business and/or technology marketing background would be an advantage
