Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

What You will do:

• Design, build and execute split testing, multivariate testing, and other testing approaches for our websites and landing pages
• Manage the conversion rate optimization strategy for Proton Technologies products
• Use analytics platforms, heatmaps, and other methods to monitor and analyze conversion funnel
• Build user journeys and create wireframes to continuously improve user experience and increase conversion rates

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CRO specialist
• Working knowledge of testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Ion Interactive, etc.)
• Proven experience identifying and solving usability & UX issues
• In-depth experience designing, developing, and managing A/B and multivariate tests
• Experience with digital analytics platforms and data analysis
