

Customer Success Manager
We are seeking an ambitious Customer Success Manager to contribute to the success of thousands of companies. You will be primarily driving success, partially business development, with a dash of support.
What we expect?
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account manager, or customer service position
- A master’s degree or above
- Great communication skills. Fluency in English is a must
- Empathy
- Independent and goal-oriented mindset
- Discipline and a sense of ownership
- Ability to Google. Like...a lot
- Being proactive and persuasive - pick up the phone when no one answers your email
Your role
- Research on clients to help them create the best service solution
- Learn from & interview paying clients to help them achieve more
- Gather insights to create success stories together with the marketing team
- Figure out the pressing technical issues to address with the product team
