Integrate and collaborate with JFrog’s R&D, QA and Release teams. Investigate and analyze customer’s scenario and provide innovative solutions for their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Front-line customer interface for the Chinese market
- Provide excellent customer support through multiple channels of communication
- Work within a queue support model
- Maintaining a knowledge base of known issues and solutions
- Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies and products
- Have tons of fun along the way!
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bilingual Chinese speaking (English/Chinese)-Mandatory
- Experience in a system administration/ maintenance or service providing position – Advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Passion for technology and software development
- Networking experience – Advantage
- Excellent customer service skills and effective learning skills
- Service oriented, Energized and motivated by care!
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
