Customer Value Management - Campaign Architect
Be part of an agile & highly dynamic marketing tribe tasked with driving the company’s Customer Value Management & personalization agenda. You will be a key member of a team of cross-functional marketing experts who own & deliver customer lifecycle marketing activities for a segment of customer. As Campaign Architect, you play a crucial role in defining customer micro segments and designing highly personalized campaigns tailored to each segment. You will essentially be a partner to the segment owner to translate defined customer strategy and priorities into a clear execution plan as well as ensuring the team is able to deliver effectively.

- Experienced in ideating and delivering marketing campaigns or product launches end to end especially in a Telco or similar fast paced environments, and able to showcase some examples / achievements
- A data driven marketer who is naturally curious to generate new ideas and insights based on data.
- Skilled in personalized marketing and able to conceptualize & design highly effective campaigns
- Someone who is able to inspire and foster tight collaboration within a team of cross-functional experts to collectively deliver against commercial targets and KPIs
- Flexible in dealing with uncertainty and likes to work in a dynamic environment where marketing activities are organized into sprints of 2-3 weeks
- Keen to master agile methodologies & way of work as well as play a key role in driving adoption within the team
- Able to communicate effectively and proactively takes lead to challenge the norms and explore new solutions or workarounds to overcome challenges in delivering desired outcomes
- A self-starter that can take some initial direction and run agile sprints to meet tight deadlines
Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
- Initiate & lead all agile way of work ceremonies; daily stand-up, sprint planning, review, retro etc.
- Work closely with the Segment Owner to translate customer lifecycle management game plans into sprint activities, clearly defining expected outcomes of each sprint in detail and advising on team capacity or complexity limitations where applicable
- Translate customer lifecycle management h to required campaigns and design end to end mechanics which includes building & identifying customer segmentations,
- Oversee & ensure timely execution of day to day squad activities within each sprint, effectively leveraging the strengths and expertise of different team members
- Review & provide quality assurance of all deliverables churned out by the team
- Drive end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & pro-actively identify opportunities to optimize campaign outcomes
- Identify conflicting priorities or any bottlenecks to be escalated to the Segment Owner & ensure timely resolution to avoid impacting squad performance

- Has had at least 3-5 years working experience in a product management or customer lifecycle marketing role
- Good track record of leading teams to deliver business targets, especially cross-functional teams
