Data Analyst - Budget, Goals, Test Analyst and Forecasting

You will be a Data Analyst on the Budget, Goals, Test Analysis and Forecasting team, within the Business Analysis and Reporting team. You are responsible for setting targets and goals in the upcoming months/quarters and tracking results.

Your day-to-day will consist of:

• Creating, maintaining, optimizing, streamlining, and/or automating daily, weekly, and monthly reports,
• Completing Ad-hoc requests for key stakeholders,
• Preparing and Interpreting Data to publish statistical and financial reports as well as forecast models,
• Analyzing trends and marketing promotions to determine current and future impacts on various KPIs
• Collaborating with other departments to improve communication and results,
• Translating data into meaningful information and presenting actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in business, Statistics, Actuarial Finance, or Mathematics,
• Strong understanding of Business is important as well as business experience
• Professional experience: 3+ years in a similar key role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Required (Pivot tables, experience with cubes, data analysis toolpack, graphs), VBA Required
• Data-driven and analytical,
• Very detail-oriented, very deep and wide in terms of knowledge
• A creative problem-solver,
• Organized,
• Curious and willing to constantly expand your knowledge.
