Delivery Manager

Main responsibilities

Successful projects execution and delivery all over the company
Work with Project Managers and Project Coordinators - Coordinate them, help them solve their project, hire and fire them, coach them, educate them
Solve projects/clients problems or escalate them in time to Client Partners or Company Management
Sutendebile rise of project quality delivery
Establish right in time and accurate communication with all clients on project level
Resources Management - (interviews, transition between projects, etc)
Projects’ status visibility (operative project control and report status to the top management)
Proactive delivery issues detection and management towards their successful resolution
Functional offices synchronization on project processes
Continuous delivery process standardization/improvement
Manage delivery issues towards their successful resolution
Identify project issues through periodical audits
Authorize new projects start, and projects closure
Manage company tools (CRM, JIRA, Confluence) development in parts related to the corporate process
Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with internal and external stakeholders

Conflict management

Experience

5+ years of iterative project management experience delivering technology services or business consulting services as a project manager in large, complex technical environments
Extensive experience with core PM tools
Experience in managing vendors and ensuring contract terms are met
Experience auditing projects, summarizing results and producing management reports
