Department Coordinator

We are looking for a bright, energetic and determined Department Coordinator who will be supporting the Enterprise/PxWe team with operational and management needs. They will be tasked primarily with handling detailed calendar/meeting management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence for multiple team members.  Our department is growing and we need a tenacious and detail-oriented coordinator to help scale our efforts smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and confidential issues/material as well as communicate effectively with senior executives and team members.

  • Able to organize and prioritize multiple requests in a deadline driven environment.

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous

  • Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Works well independently as well as with a team.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in a project management organization.

  • Strong client services skills

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel

  • Strong understanding of the construction/building process

  • 1-2 years experience in a project management environment
