Rimac Automobili is a technology powerhouse, manufacturing electric hypercars and providing full tech solutions to global automotive manufacturers. Our teams develop and produce both hardware and software solutions for the Concept_One and C_Two as well as numerous public and confidential projects, thus positioning Rimac as a leader in the high-performance electric vehicle industry.

One of the most important products of Rimac Automobili is our Telemetry system. It was created from the need to provide engineers with a solution to seamlessly monitor and analyze vehicle systems thus enabling them to build better vehicles.

For the whole solution to work properly we need a proper infrastructure in place and devops that are taking care of it. Connecting build tools with deployment infrastructure in cloud, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure while taking care of availability are just one of the tasks that are crucial for the success of our product.

We do not expect the candidates to know everything, although having basic knowledge and being proactive is a hard requirement.

1. Main tasks & responsibilities

• Build and mantain global, high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software systems and required tooling
• Foster infrastructure best practices like „infrastructure as code”
• Make sure the production AWS platform is up and running properly providing great uptime
• Drive towards continuous delivery i.e. making deployments faster, repeatables and routines
• Building and improving tools to improve the deployment pipeline

2. Requirements

• Basic linux experience
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Networking Concepts
• Basic scripting experience (bash, groovy, powershell)
• Good English skills, both in verbal and written form
• Fast learner, open and eager to take on new technologies
• Proactive team player who is not afraid to take initiative and improve things

3. Optional skills

• Basic experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools
