Digital Marketing Analyst

Ardoq's Digital Marketing Analyst will complement and bolster the Marketing team by applying an analytical lens to all marketing activity, as well as managing and monitoring paid media campaigns.
They will possess strong analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, interpret campaigns, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications.
This role will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives related to acquisition and retention strategies of the company for Adwords, various social media advertising platforms, and other online advertising channels, SEO and SEM campaigns.
 

Responsibilities
•  Analyze website traffic performance and dig into results to find trends or anomalies
• Create campaigns and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, plus suggest design process improvements
• Support the preparation of periodic, high-level marketing reports for the management team.
• Measure and communicate the outcomes of marketing tests by performing research
• Work successfully with raw data - transforming it and converting it as necessary to support analysis which include ad-hoc reporting and new report development as needed
• Create and maintain a dashboard of key marketing metrics; monitor and share insights at a frequent cadence throughout the year.
• Use data insights to help marketers find, attract, and nurture target audiences and track and analyze the connection between online sales and earned, owned and social media.
• Organize post-campaign data and insight into compelling wrap up reporting and presentations
• Work on SEO and SEM initiatives through data-driven content creation and link building to optimize keyword conversion and search discoverability
• Website optimization, AB testing, Email programs
 
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required. Degree or concentration in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics and/or data analysis is a plus.
• 2+ years of digital advertising and/or online media experience, with strong emphasis in campaign management, delivery, and optimization
• Strong quantitative abilities; Excel is a must
• Strong independent thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong qualitative skills with ability to implement quality data organization and analysis techniques
• Must be up-to-date with all the digital marketing trends and aware of updates and best practices for the digital platforms where Ardoq is present
• Must be flexible and extremely organized
