Digital Media Specialist

We are on a look out for a candidate who is able to drive digital marketing efforts through paid and bidded media. The candidate has to optimize acquisition through digital platforms, lead and strategize for the best use of media through innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To champion and develop a comprehensive Digi’s bidded media strategy that covers awareness and brand building to digital acquisitions through remarketing.
  • Make decisions on media budget allocation and media selection within the agreed scope of each campaign.
  • Supervise team/agency to optimize all media buying and execution to ensure efficiency and deliverable in time.
  • Plan and manage all media buys and ensure through gap analysis, that the corrective performance initiatives are performed within cost effective targets.
  • Work closely with the digital engagement team to plan and implement / execute online marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of trends and emerging technologies in the digital media space.
  • Experiment with and recommend alternative ways to leverage digital media to the advantage of our customers, programs and values.
  • Translate efforts and achievements on bidded media through comprehensive reports for stakeholders at all levels of management, internally and externally.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in digital media planning, paid media from tech platforms, start-ups, digital/ media agency, Internet Company
  • Exhibits accountability for the measurable success of programs, clients and agency capabilities
  • Analytical and a strong problem solver, who thinks quick on their feet, extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
  • Google Certified ,Facebook Blueprint Certified or Completed min 80% of Facebook Blueprint Modules.
  • Deep understanding in paid media/ marketing platforms and their respective participants (Search, Bidded, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.)
  •  Knowledgeable of programmatic, data management platforms and their related participants and how that can be deployed to drive digital conversions.
  • Possess extensive project management experience, with the multitasking ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel.
  • A high intellectual with curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence.
  • Possess a good attitude for the dynamic and competitive nature of a telecommunications business.
  • Possess a passion for the dynamic changes and learning in online media landscape, platforms, formats and technologies including fragments of online media ecosystem.
