EMEA Customer Solutions Team Leader

As EMEA Customer Solutions Team Leader and reporting to the Head of Customer Solutions & Success (CSS), you are part of the Global Business Development Team whose mission is to accelerate market demand, connectivity and service revenues globally with Sigfox Operators, Channel, Alliance and Ecosystem partners.

 

The objectives of the EMEA Customer Solutions Team Leader are to:

  • Support direct and indirect connectivity sales, with decisive solutions orientated pre-sales support,
  • On deals agreed, support Client Success through adoption of IOT solutions within the client’s business - considering Sigfox delivery and the client’s people/process/technology implications,
  • Manage the Client Solutions team & activities in her/his territory (Europe, Middle East and Africa). 

  

In order to efficiently manage these responsibilities, the EMEA Customer Solutions Team Leader will have to:

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Sigfox technology (from radio design to cloud development),
  • Develop a good knowledge of Sigfox’s ecosystem, in particular strategic partners, and their available solutions,
  • Qualify, Assign, and follow-up the region’s top opportunities, 
  • Challenge positively and coach the team on their assigned deals, 
  • Report progresses, risks and elaborate detailed action plans for each deal,
  • Drive initiatives to enhance Sigfox position in the market,
  • In collaboration with the Head of CSS Director, successfully manage the team in the following activities: recruitment and onboarding, collaboration, learning & development, performance management, and management of any HR related activity.

 

KEY SKILLS & MINDSET

  • 8 years of experience in Project management, service management or Sales engineering/Presales role with significant customer value,
  • Experience in managing an international presales team (Europe, Middle-east & Africa) in a matrix environment,
  • Strong track record in successful signing of complex deals, in particular in IoT,
  • Strong knowledge in IoT solution end to end design,
  • Strong ability to manage deadline and work under minimal supervision,
  • Leadership and ability to motivate transversal teams to achieve objectives,
  • Strong presentation skills and project management skills,
  • English: Fluent
