EMEA PR Manager

  Job Description

  Due to our continued success, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our Corporate Marketing Team.  Your role will involve:

  • Devising the PR strategy and managing execution of PR efforts for FLIR in EMEA to help FLIR achieve more visibility in the region and aid business unit revenue goals.   
  • You will be the point-person for all FLIR PR activities in EMEA and responsible for raising generating press coverage for FLIR products and the FLIR brand in both national and trade outlets.
  • You’ll identify stories originating from the region, conduct fact-finding efforts to develop assets, customers or spokespeople,
  • and receive guidance and resources from corporate PR to help locate and package newsworthy stories.
  • You will have agency resources at your disposal to help you secure mainstream and select trade coverage, and you’ll work with the agencies to prioritize, plan and achieve positive outcomes in the form of coverage and product placement.
  • You will also help determine the right balance of agency resources, create KPIs for each agency and push them to deliver. 
  • You will evaluate their performance and make recommendations for any needed agency resource changes.
