Experienced Scala Developer

Requirements

  • Superb Scala skills
  • Knowledge of Scala ecosystem (especially Akka, Slick, Play and SBT)
  • Familiarity with RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)
  • Deep knowledge of software design principles and functional programming in particular

Offer

Join us for 32+ hours per week. Compensation for this role depends on your backend skills and ranges between 50 — 80 PLN per hour net (if B2B contract).

Recruitment process

It is very simple. Contact us, we will schedule a 15 – 40 minute video call to talk about our possible cooperation. After that we will give you a backend Scala task (or two) to solve in your spare time. After a successful feedback round, you will meet the team for some pair programming and then we will make final decisions. That’s it!
