How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As our Field Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring Collibra’s commercial organization is constantly improving in efficiency and effectiveness. As a strategic advisor to the larger Sales, Services, and Partners teams you will provide analysis, reporting and strategic recommendations with a data-driven approach. You will also be vital in driving data integrity an organization to ensure accurate Management reporting across the organization.

A day in the life of a Field Operations Data Analyst at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Field Analytics Manager, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Design, maintain, and enhance sales forecast reporting and analytics
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and metrics to enable real-time business decisions
  • Compile, analyze, and evaluate field team data and synthesize findings and recommendations
  • Document, communicate, and enforce operational and data-focused policies and processes
  • Enable the Sales organization to exceed revenue targets through optimized systems and tools
  • Partner with Senior Field Leadership to build short and long-term roadmap for systems and tools to support business objectives
  • Provide support to the Sales Team and Leadership as needed, related to forecasting, reporting, and analysis

You Have:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales, or IT
  • Strong Salesforce.com experience, including developing comprehensive dashboards and reports
  • Strong understand of technical tools for analysis i.e. Python, R, SQL
  • Experience with technical tools for visualization i.e. Tableau, Qlik, SiSense
  • Highly proficient to expert competency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite a plus.
