First level technical support (Technician in datacenter - Prague 10)

We deliver content for the most visited sites in the world. We have built the reputation of one of the TOP6 CDN providers in the world and our customers appreciate our customer care in particular. In Prague 10, our tech team takes care of photos and videos of the European Space Agency , Facebook servers  or streaming TEDx Talks.

What awaits you:

  • First level Technical support for our clients

  • Working with Hardware (server installation, cabling)

  • Communicating with clients by email, phone or instant messenger - you learn to deal with different types of businesses, people and cultures  - we have customers from 95 countries of the world

  • Every day you'll talk to people who care about top-ranked sites in attendance

  • Our clients are educated and qualified . You will not need an answering machine with " Have you tried turning it off and on again? ", You will deal with more complex and interesting tasks

  • Collaboration with a team of Linux admins

We can offer you much more time over time. The vast majority of your predecessors have gone into our development or Linux teams within the space of half a year or two years ; one of them runs the entire CDN backend, one of Prague's offices oversees datacenter installations in 20 countries. That is why we are now looking for reinforcements in the Prague datacenter.

Our boys who went through this position looked for example in Stockholm, London or the US .

You:

  • you have basic IT knowledge and you are enthusiastic about new technologies
  • you want to learn more about IT in depth
  • you can control screwdriver :)
  • you are learning quickly
  • you have pro-customer thinking
  • it suits you work on shifts (12h day and night)
  • you have  English min. at B2 level  (we do not need an aikido certificate, very good knowledge yes) 

We'll teach you everything else. Believe that in 6 months you will learn how much else in 6 years (or never).

Admission is possible immediately or by appointment. We offer long-term cooperation (3 years +)
