FS OSP Support Analyst

Job Summary

The FS OSP Support Analyst provides -- with close supervision from an Operations Sales Process Senior Analyst, Specialist, or other person agreed by the organizational entity -- guidance and support for operations processes and tools, helping teams to execute business processes more efficiently.  The Analyst will typically support one organization entity, but may be asked to backfill for other support analysts or help in other entities as business needs dictate.  The Analyst may also help to support the OG-level Operations team with tool release testing.  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on Accenture’s sales process and supporting tools.

• Provide training to client teams and entity leadership.

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the operations systems/tools according to established guidelines and as needed for system changes.

• Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.

• Share process knowledge and expertise during meetings.

• Prepare standard reports to established schedules.

• Execute processes as directed. 

• Help identify process issues.

• Process security requests in line with responsibility and in accordance with data security policies.

• Help handle customer requests.

- Basic qualifications

Education:

Undergraduate business degree in progress or completed

Work Experience:

Typically has minimum of 1+ years of experience.

Work Requirements:

• May be required to occasionally travel domestically or internationally

• May be required to occasionally work from home

• May be required to occasionally work overtime and outside of normal working hours, including attending team conference calls

• May need to be flexible on work hours at critical sales reporting times, i.e. mid-month and month-end.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communications skills

• Understands and can articulate what a business process is and the steps required to support that process

• Ability to work virtually with diverse individuals 

• Accuracy and attention to detail; prioritizes and plans own work activities

• Analytical skills; recognize and correct report or data errors 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
