Full-Stack .NET Engineer

Checkmarx's SAST R&D group is the team behind Checkmarx's flagship CxSAST product, the #1 security static code analysis solution on the market, used by thousands of developers and security experts worldwide. The group is responsible for developing high quality, scalable, enterprise-level product, using advanced software engineering methodologies and cutting edge technologies.

We are looking for enthusiastic Full-Stack .NET Engineer with backend orientation, for the CxSAST R&D group. The candidate will be a member of a multi-disciplinary agile team, responsible for significant part of product’s research and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing functional and/or technical capabilities within large scale products, making ongoing design decisions, and focusing on multiple product domains and technologies
  • Taking full ownership on various features and product areas
  • Working smoothly with local and remote multi-geo R&D and non-R&D teams, while keeping high visibility and effective communication
  • Working according to high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and insuring high quality
  • Providing in depth technical knowledge and guidance to other team members, according to identified needs

  • Requirements:

      • Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or graduate of leading technological units
      • At least 2 years of experience in software development
      • Strong background in full-stack .NET (C#) and related technologies. Significant exposure to other technologies
      • High proficiency with web technologies such as Web API, AngularJS or React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS – a big advantage
      • Solid understanding of OOP, REST APIs and other software engineering concepts
      • Background in distributed and highly-scalable applications development - advantage
      • Deep, thorough, clean coder, able to dive into large codebases
      • Highly organized, excellent quality, committed to timelines
      • Independent and flexible to changes
      • Good English communication capabilities (verbal and writing) – a plus
      • Ability and will to influence
