Game Programmer

As we’re getting ready to take our small development team in Amsterdam to the next level, we’re searching for a Game Programmer who can help to make inspiring games for Bohemia. As the first dedicated Programmer in this location, you would be a pioneer for a slowly growing local programming force. You would be among the first in the team to dive into our next generation of technology: Enfusion. Requirements

· Routine C++ knowledge

· Good understanding of Object Oriented methodologies

· Math and linear algebra skills

· Experience with game development (programming, optimization, etc.)

· Quickly able to learn new skills, tools, methods, and pipelines

· Good interpersonal communication and team working skills

· Proficient written and spoken English

· Strong focus on quality, precision, consistency, and details

· Calm, practical, proactive, and self-motivating in a highly dynamic environment

· A willingness to work in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Welcomed

· Proficient C# knowledge

· A passion for games and game development

· An understanding of the full game development cycle and iterative development methodologies

· Knowledge of Arma (3) / Real Virtuality engine DLL extensions

· Experience with Unity / Unreal Engine or other popular game engines

· Experience with Atlassian information systems (Confluence / JIRA)

· Experience with bug reporting platforms

· Experience with versioning and revision control systems (e.g. SVN)

· An ability to adapt to and work with a large codebase

· Experience with working in teams, across multiple locations

· Experience in an international company
