Growth Marketer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Yieldr is looking for a tech-savvy Growth Marketer to join its team in Amsterdam. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll be responsible for generating leads and engaging users of Yieldr’s software.
Marketing and communications is a major driver with liaison between several departments, so in your role you’ll have the unique opportunity to steer the direction of Yieldr.
You’ll be working in an agile marketing team, experimenting across communication channels and working closely with product development and sales to identify the most effective and efficient ways to grow the Yieldr software as a service (SaaS) user base.
The ideal candidate is a true marketing technologist who understands the martech landscape and knows how to deploy that knowledge to execute effective growth tactics using various tools. This person has a results-driven approach with an analytical mindset and a propensity for numbers.
You’ll be tasked with:
- Helping to maintain and grow Yieldr’s brand across all platforms.
- Driving traffic, generating leads and engage existing users.
- Working closely with product, sales and design on strategic marketing initiatives.
- Managing all user communication such as microcopy, feature updates, case studies/use cases, product videos and knowledge base development and upkeep.
- Implementing and managing digital advertising and paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Adwords, YouTube, programmatic, and more.
- Leveraging martech tools such as Intercom, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Zapier to nurture leads, communicate with and onboard users and carry out reporting.
- Working closely with web development and product design to create landing pages, capture leads and build appropriate in-app triggers.
Requirements:
- You’re fluent in English. Knowing another language is a huge plus.
- You hold a university or college degree (B.A. or similar) in marketing/communications or you have equivalent practical experience.
- A desire to be great and achieve excellence in everything you do through focus and a die-hard work ethic.
- Well-organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects, while taking ownership and holding yourself accountable.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an online marketing, product marketing or communications role, including a comprehensive understanding of online marketing and digital communications channels.
- You’re great with numbers and working with data and have the ability to optimize your work based on analytical results.
- You have prior experience working directly with marketing technology.
- Having direct experience in SaaS, data analytics and/or the airline industry is a huge plus.
