How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Collibra has an exciting opportunity for a Workday Technology Analyst to drive change and efficiency company-wide. We are looking for a new team member who has experience working in a global, fast-paced and hypergrowth company. You will configure, implement and maintain Workday to support our rapid change and growth.

A day in the life of a Workday Analyst at Collibra:

• The successful candidate will report to the Workday Technology Lead and be a critical teammate to the global People Team.
• Maintain and validate the quality, consistency, and integrity of Workday data by running queries and analyzing data.
• Provide production support, configuration updates, resolving Workday unexpected results or flaws and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Execute business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements. 
• Act as the SME in Workday reporting; Design, develop and support dashboards and reports that will help our leaders understand and visualize data.
• Audit system security permissions on a regular basis.

You Have:

• 1+ years of Workday experience, preferably in a global setting. 2+ years of overall HCM and professional experience
• Ability to work with highly confidential information 
• Expert reporting and analytics skills
• Strong customer and service delivery focus
