Head of CLM & Sales Performance

To accomplish this, we need to strengthen our leadership team, and are now looking for a Head of CLM & Performance Management.


As Head of CLM & Performance Management, you will define Telenor’s sales and customer strategy and oversee its execution together with sales channels. You will help us maintain and grow the value of our customer base by designing, implementing and evaluating sales and marketing activities. You will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value.

We are seeking a person who wants to make a difference in the following areas:

  • Take a central role in building and operationalizing sales and customer strategy and managing the value of the customer base 
  • Design and launch new sales, upsell, cross sell, hardware renewal, retention, antichurn and winback programs 
  • Develop and scale our next best action solution 
  • Digitalize sales and marketing by developing SMS, email and mobile app marketing activities 
  • Advise management on capitalizing on analytics and customer insights 
  • Ensure continuous innovation and learning by evaluating sales performance

We would prefer if you have

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related areas
  • 5+ years of experience within sales, marketing and customer lifecycle management 
  • Extensive competence within campaign development and 1:1 sales
  • Experience with contextual marketing, marketing analytics, experimental design, testing and campaign development tools
  • Knowledge on SMS, email and mobile app marketing and recommendation engines
  • Fluency in English or Norwegian/Scandinavian

It would also make us happy if you have

  • Understanding of broadband and TV market and of competition within this market
  • Familiarity with one or more of the followings tools: SAS, Salesforce, Adobe and QlikView or QlikSense
