Job Scope

Someone with extensive experience in leading IT in large organizations, supporting Business strategy through efficient solutions and service delivery. Making IT a differentiator for company in market place using best use of the technologies, developing and delivering on new age IT operating models in the internet and digital age for Telecom operators. Strong knowledge of telecom business operations and business processes.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Setting up business oriented and problem solving IT organizations
  • Partnering with the stakeholders, driving business partnerships and delivering on business KPIs through IT
  • Driving simplification of Telco Business processes
  • Developing new IT operating models, cost management, organization redesign - delivering on one of the most efficient IT cost KPIs
  • Transforming and simplifying business processes, IT landscape and organizations to make it leanand simple
  • Working with IT partners and vendors to deliver business objectives

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Strong experience in IT, VAS & Billing Development & Delivery
  • IT Infrastructure
  • IT Contracts & Vendor Governance
  • IT Strategy, Forecasting & Planning
  • Transformation to Digital Telco and Greenfield Projects
  • IT Simplification & Cost Optimization
  • Lean and Shared IT Service Operations
  • Private & Public Cloud Services including SDN, NFV and Hybrid cloud
  • Software Defined & API driven Telco
  • IT Development including Core, Analytics and Digital IT
  • Automation driven Development & Operations (DevOps, RPA, AI, ML)
  • Digital BSS and Analytics transformation
