Job summary:
HR Business Partner for teams in FLIR Tallinn plant
Detailed Description:
Supporting the teams and managers with all HR actions, incl.
Recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, surveys, etc
HR administration (employment contracts, vacation schedules, mandatory health
check, rented workers)
Support Employee development and trainings
Practical tasks for assuring good work environment
Working after both global and local HR practises
Work under supervision of local Office&HR Manager, additionally needs to replace plant Receptionist, when needed
Requirements:
Interest to work in international environment and manufacturing company;
Related education (business or HR-cources) or work experience
Good communication skills for work in multicultural environment;
Fluency in Estonian and English language (speaking and writing);
Russian language skill on communication level, fluency preferred;
Knowledge of HR field legal requirements in Estonia
Ability to plan actions and meet the due dates
Sociable and friendly person
