HR Generalist

HR Generalist

This position will work across multiple stakeholders to support the HRBP in translating and implementing people strategy and actions, and driving the HR agenda across our business in accordance with Telenor/Digi People Policy.

Location : Digi HQ

Will report to : Sr Principal, HR Business Partner

You are:

  • Able to approach issues with the big picture in view and a solution oriented mindset.
  • Able to analyze complex situations and come up with effective solutions to problems
  • Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders both internally within HR and externally with the business
  • Able to influence, negotiate and gain commitment from various stakeholders to ensure movement towards organizational goals.
  • Able to independently implement effective change management processes for HR initiatives across the organization
  • Strong execution focus combined with the ability to multi-task and managing time productively.
  • Able to generate, analyze insights from HR data
  • Excellent written communication skills, presentation skills, and facilitation skills to run workshops/focus groups as and when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to a portfolio of business units as determined by the HR Division
  • Manage talent assessments to ensure the right profiles are brought in
  • Support HRBP to execute HR strategic and operational plans for the assigned respective business units.
  • Support HRBP in execution of HR processes across the value chain e.g. talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning etc
  • Ensure adoption and compliance to HR Policies and advise line managers on matters related to people management.
  • Obtain relevant reports from HR Analytics to facilitate customized divisional analysis on people metrics.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any business disciplines, 3-5 years of working experience.
  • The right mix of energy, drive for results, and collaborative attitude
  • Track record of successful execution, working in an organized way, prioritizing, managing information, setting and achieving deadlines.
