Job Description

1. C&B:

  • Paperwork for Labour contract/Labour contract appendix, print and have employees signed document, filling, etc.
  • Paperwork for Intern, pre-employment paper, payment follow-up;
  • New hired process (orientation, follow paper work);
  • Termination process (Termination decision, Labour Contract Appendix bonus, final payment – paperwork);
  • Database updating on HR Management Tools;
  • Organization chart;
  • Turn Over report in Gameloft Hanoi;
  • PIT registration;
  • Extra Health care procedure;
  • Support in Expat procedure (visa, work permit, residence card);

2. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager/HR leader/HR Supervisor


Qualifications

  • Fresh-graduated or final-year students are welcomed;
  • Major in Human Resources Management, Foreign Languages, Economics or related areas;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in HR and IT will be an added advantage;
  • Very well organized, detail-oriented, sociable and pro-active; 
  • Be highly responsible with confidential matters/reports/data;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese 
  • Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • And above all, motivation and a passion for video games!
