Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate with various team and remote managers regarding their manpower needs
  • Assist in building the brand of Gameloft Philippines as an Employer-of-Choice among job seekers by actively partnering and working with educational institutions and professional organizations. 

Talent Retention

  • Update and manage the Engagement Plus program of Gameloft. Engagement Plus is the gamification program of various Gameloft Studios within Southeast Asia
  • Propose various engagement practice to ensure higher retention and better productivity from team members
  • Administer company benefits in a timely manner and ensure that all availment and claims are processed properly
  • Work with various committees in planning for and carrying out events and programs for the year. This includes proper budget planning and usage
  • Process payroll and government reports in a timely manner with the help of HR Hub and Payroll Pie

Performance Management

  • Coordinate with team and remote managers the performance evaluation and salary review of team members
  • Process Incident Reports and administer disciplinary process
  • Ensure that the HR Process Manual is updated on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with team managers regarding Individual Development Plans and ensure that HR is able to provided needed support

Office Administration

  • Coordinate with the Finance Assistant in ensuring that all company assets are tracked and monitored regularly
  • Work with various security and maintenance agencies to ensure the cleanliness, safety and security of the studio
  • Assist in the hotel bookings and travel coordination of team members as well as studio guests

Qualifications

The successful candidate is:

  • A graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • With at least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Knowledgeable in Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Engagement
  • Innovative and can work with minimum supervision
  • Able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively
  • An Excel and PowerPoint Ninja!
  • Familiar with various HRIS and payroll platform including PayrollPie and HRHub
