HR Operations Specialist

NICE HR is seeking a talented individual, with a passion to grow in the HR domain, who will work in the heart of the HR Centers of Excellence teams and directly with the Executive VP HR on a scope of business cadences and projects. The role will combine managing various HR projects, along with PMO support to drive HR Management agenda. 

Location: Raanana Israel. Working globally in several different time zones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead specific HR projects to promote HR agenda
  • Support the Executive HR VP in preparation of on-going communications, executive reports, managerial decks and presentations
  • Manage the yearly objectives and plans and follow up on the ongoing progress
  • Monitor and drive progress for a scope of topics, working closely with the stakeholders and providing regular status updates to the Executive HR VP
  • Ensure on-going business cadences, follow up on action items and timelines
  • Lead the preparation of HR sessions: All Hands, Offsites etc.
  • Track progress on action items from QBRs (quarterly business review), and in the HR Management meetings.
  • Ongoing update of on-boarding materials
  • Issue weekly global recruitment reports and track progress
  • Main interactions with: HR corporate centers of excellence teams, HR leadership team, Unit HRBPs

Qualifications:

  • Native English speaker – a must
  • 2-4 years working in Human Resources division and being exposed to the different HR domains. 
  • Extremely motivated, bursting with energy and passionate for what they do and for being the BEST at it!
  • A highly accountable individual, extremely detail oriented with and the ability to zoom out when needed
  • Quick, agile, with a bias towards action and results. Very adaptive and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills. A true people person that can navigate within an organization, engage people to action and GET THINGS DONE
  • Methodological Project Management abilities
  • High level of maturity and independence
  • Experience working in complex, matrix and global environment – an advantage
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree
