Telenor Infra AS operates Telenor's passive infrastructure in Norway, which includes masts, buildings and energy for mobile, broadcast and fixed networks. About HS&S senior advisor
We are looking for a HS&S senior advisor who will be responsible for implementing and following up Telenor Infra’s Health, Safety and Security (HS&S) requirements with a special focus on physical security. As our HS&S senior advisor you will play a key role in ensuring that Telenor Infra is compliant with HS&S requirements set out in laws and regulations including requirements set by the National Security Authority (Nasjonal Sikkerhetsmyndighet) and Telenor policies. You will further develop, maintain and implement the HS&S management system according to ISO45001 and other best practices. The HS&S senior advisor will be responsible for identifying and managing HS&S risks, as well as developing and implementing plans to manage these risks, including a security plan. The role will be working cross functionally with teams and departments across the organization, vendors and Group stakeholders and you will be responsible for dialogue with relevant authorities. You will report to Head of Legal, Regulatory and Security.

• You will ensure that HS&S risks associated with Telenor Infra´s operations are identified and managed in accordance with Telenor policies, laws and regulations.
• You will ensure that Telenor Infra implements and complies with health and security requirements given by customers, Telenor Group and authorities, including compliance with the Security Act and the Object Security Regulations. You will also ensure that Telenor Infra’s suppliers are compliant with these requirements.
• You will maintain the interface between Telenor Infra and authorities regarding requirements of security regulations.
• You will develop Telenor Infra as a security conscious company at all levels.
• You will ensure that Telenor HS&S systems, risk management, tools and initiatives are defined and implemented.
• You will ensure continuous implementation of security legislation and security policies.
• You will ensure that HS&S  incidents are reported, investigated with root causes and preventative actions identified and implemented.
• You will ensure that relevant HS&S training and awareness is provided to Telenor Infra´s employees, managers and suppliers.
• You will communicate with all levels in the organization including reporting to the Board and stakeholders.
