
Human Resources Inspector
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the employment contract and specific documents, addendum and termination document;
- Managing and archiving of personnel files;
- Issuing certificates required employees (Bank, GP, income, etc.);
- Providing support for payroll and personnel administration processes;
- Updating and maintaining database field;
- Liaising with authorized institutions (ITM, CEA, Pension Fund etc.).
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Human Resources Inspector certificate;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources field;
- Strong knowledge of labor law;
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Excellent English language skills required, both written and spoken.
