RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Onboarding in global projects as technical resource and project administrator: New Hire Framework, New Hire Connections Community, onboarding learning journeys, stakeholder management, new hire engagement series “My Onboarding”
• Work on Onboarding projects and take project lead as needed
• Provide admin support to Onboarding  colleagues                                                                                                                 
• Research on best practices on onboarding and trends in new hire engagement
