Role Description
- You will share responsibility for the implementation, management and troubleshooting of all internal corporate systems.
- You will be responsible for handling 1st – 4th line problems relating to Internal Staff issues on all corporate system.
- You will be implementing and enforcing processes and procedures outlined by the IT Director.
- You will be involved in project work on new technologies as we continually improve our internal infrastructure.

Skills/Experience
Essential
- Windows Server 2008 & 2012 (both R1 & R2)
- Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
- Lync & Skype for Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Active Directory, DNS & DHCP experience in a multi-site environment
- WDS & MDT
- Understanding of network ports and protocols
- Hyper V & VMware
- IP Address management
