Role Description

• You will share responsibility for the implementation, management and troubleshooting of all internal corporate systems.
• You will be responsible for handling 1st – 4th line problems relating to Internal Staff issues on all corporate system.
• You will be implementing and enforcing processes and procedures outlined by the IT Director.
• You will be involved in project work on new technologies as we continually improve our internal infrastructure.

Essential

• Windows Server 2008 & 2012 (both R1 & R2)
• Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
• Lync & Skype for Business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Active Directory, DNS & DHCP experience in a multi-site environment
• WDS & MDT
• Understanding of network ports and protocols
• Hyper V & VMware
• IP Address management
