International Programming Scheduler

MG Global Entertainment is the TV division of MindGeek, the award winning, online industry leader that manages over 200 major adult websites and has over 1400 employees worldwide.

About the Role

MindGeek is looking for linear scheduler to work on the company’s globally recognised linear brands. 

Key Responsibilities

• Create and issue long form linear schedules
• Enter long form in to IBMS & complete short form schedules
• Produce on a monthly basis, in time for press deadlines, good quality, accurate and lively EPG listings and highlights information
• Manage and maintain the various channel libraries
• Prepare all programming related reports
• Regularly watch the services and competitor channels to identify areas which may need improvement or updating
• Create new programming initiatives (stunts, theme nights)
• Communicate with external third parties and clients relevant to the post
• Perform any ad hoc tasks pertinent to the function as dictated by the needs of the business

Key Requirements

• Experience in programme scheduling
• Working knowledge of IBMS or similar scheduling systems
• Competency in use of Microsoft Office
• Strong organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately when under pressure
• Good communication style and experience in maintaining close working relationships with various departments and external clients
• Team player and able to work effectively on own initiative when required
• Broad-mindedness
