Internship

How does it work?

From day one you’ll get stuck into active digital projects. If there’s a client meeting, we’ll invite you in to observe and absorb. With our guidance, you will learn about all aspects of a fast-paced digital agency from design, to code, to marketing - and most of your work will be on real client projects. In any one day you could be writing code, blogging, or contributing to the design of a web project - sometimes all three!

Every day is different and the opportunities to learn are literally endless.

What can you expect to gain?

Working with a small team in an open-plan studio gives you access to a huge pool of knowledge. Everyone is passionate about what they do and wants to share that passion and help you to progress - the rest you’ll learn by osmosis. Three months at Onespacemedia will give you a crash course in agency life - digital design, development and marketing and communications. You will also get a unique insight into the processes and intricacies of the commercial side of design. Impress us and you may find yourself being offered a permanent position!

The agency environment

Juggling many projects at once we move at warp-speed but that doesn’t mean we don’t let our hair down from time to time. We believe that happy staff equals productive staff; we balance hard work with plenty of laughter, music and trips to the pub.

Who are we looking for?

You love digital and ooze creativity from every pore. You’re ambitious, driven and your life’s mission is to innovate. You’re a skilled communicator and your enthusiasm is enough to give an excited puppy an inferiority complex.

You may or may not have a degree in a relevant field, but you will be able to demonstrate your passion through personal projects. Finally, as the brilliant Steve Jobs once said, “Details matter, it’s worth waiting to get it right”. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
