Internship - Sourcing & Logistics
- Vendor market search: Support Sourcing personnel to search for new Vendor/Providers/Partners for product and/or services for Digi's existing or future needs, including Vendor database update.
- Support Sourcing personnel for simple RFQ (Request For Quotation) exercise e.g. floating of simple RFQ to Vendor, sending summarized Vendor submissions to requestors, cost calculations, evaluation calculations, and other operations activities with regards to RFQ e.g. sending Vendor the unsuccessful notice.
- Biz Process Improvements (BPI): Support Sourcing personnel in BPI works for Digi Purchasing Hub (Phub) operations and Phub cluster operations including analytics works (or spend analysis, reporting etc.) both for Tactical and Transactional Sourcing team in Phub.
