IT Governance Supervisor / Consultant:

 

Responsibilities:

  • IT policy creation, review, update, awareness and monitoring
  • IT processes analysis ,implementation and improvement
  • IT governance reporting
  • Internal and external Audit liaison/ Action Follow up and report
  • Administration of key IT processes
  • Proactively identifies control gaps and takes actions to remediate
  • Auditing and ensuring that the procedures and applications related to supply management are implemented within Information Technologies
  • To ensure that the training of information technologies is collected and evaluated together and to report final results to the human resources education unit
  • Making necessary announcements within the company related to processes and procedures associated with Mapfre methodology, and providing training support to relevant information technologies units regarding such processes and procedures
  • Main risk management responsibility is to identify improvements and breakdowns in IT governance elements with significant business impact and feed into IT risk management function
  • Measuring IT prformance and KPs.
  • Measuring SLAs for Quality and Testing Function.
  • Following the activities and task which are on Quality and Testing side if needed. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Advanced English skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge about IT Governance Standarts (COBIT,ITIL etc)
  • Qualifications or certification in line with above responsibilities is advantageous
  • Finding creative and innovative ways to solving problems.
  • Candidate must be thorough and give attention to detail
  • Good business writing and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to break down the components but still be able to see the bigger picture.
  • Customer focused and the ability to build working relationships quickly
  • Candidate should demonstrate the ability to plan and manage a multitude of tasks.
  • Have no restriction to travel
