IT Helpdesk vacancy (French speaking)

BitConnect is offering you the position of IT Helpdesk Specialist. As an IT Helpdesk Specialist you are the first point of contact for supporting the IT services of the company within the Benelux. It is important that you speak French. You will be responsible for the registration, monitoring and handling of questions and incidents. Through standard procedures you will first try to help the client yourself and if necessary you will escalate it to the 2nd line support or suppliers and vendors. In this way you will service the client the best way you can.

They are asking:

• Affinity or interested in exploring IT Helpdesk services
• Mastering the English and French language(Native or C1 level)
• Open for varying working hours (between 07.00 – 19.00)
• Certification and or experience with Microsoft products is a plus
