What you will do:

• Be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of our developers team in Katowice 
• Define process improvements and specify the requirements for short- and long-term solutions
• Take ownership for different software projects by planning their setup, implementing your own ideas, managing throughout the projects’ duration and evaluating their successes and points for improvement
• Serve as the point of contact for the local developers teams as well as other departments within the company to help clarify processes and targets

What you should bring:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in IT,  Business, Economics or in another related field
• Practical experience in software/IT project management
• Experience in leading a developers team is a plus
• Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Very good proficiency with MS-Office, especially MS-Excel
• Fluent in English - verbal and written
