IT Recruiter

WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an IT Recruiter.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Technolog or Bachelor's degree holders with no more than 5 years of relevant experience. Master's degree will be considered a plus.
• Relevant experience of at least 1 year in simillar position or relevant recruitment courses
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Ability to perform presentations and participate to events
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with business-oriented sense and goal-oriented attitude
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Military Obligations fulfilled in case of a male candidate

MAIN DUTIES

• Participation to events and present company’s profile
• Communication with candidates and perform respective interviews
• Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data
• Employee information maintenance by entering and updating employment and status-change data
• Maintaining employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
• Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
