
IT Support
Smartree is recruiting on behalf of its client, one of the largest life insurance companies in the world, an IT Support.
Soft skills requirements:
- Familiar with process oriented type of work – based on ITIL;
- Ability to be part of regional project and work in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to work in a heavily changing, multitasking environment;
- Patience, high level of customer focus and empathy;
- Attention to details, work independence, understanding of importance and impact of conducted IT infrastructure changes;
- Master or Bachelor degree;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting end user IT infrastructure environment, as well as IT applications on L2 or L3;
- Local network (Cisco Switches and Routers configuration);
- Laptops/Desktops (Windows operating system) configuration and maintenance;
- IT hardware (printers, telephone, structure cabling);
- User management and running predefined system batches;
- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware/network/ application/voice technology related issues;
- Windows server operating system administration, Linux on basic level;
- Ability to work with 3rd party service providers internal or external.
