IT Technician

Are you an experienced IT Technician? Then we want you to join our BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE team in Prague!

You will be responsible for:

• Installation and maintenance of work stations
  
• Providing SW and HW technical support to end users
  
• Service and maintenance of all IT equipment except servers (claims, material supplies)
  
• Basic Assistance to IT incident
  

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Windows administration
  
• At least basic knowledge of network protocols
  
• At least 1 years of relevant experience
  
• Ability to solve common technical HW problems
  
• Orientation in heterogenic environment
  
• Positive attitude to user support
• Communicative level of English
  
• Fluent Czech
  
• Driving licence B
