Junior IT Administrator

What does the job include? Your main task is to make sure everyone has the IT tools they need to perform their job (laptop, phone, software, network, servers and help) and resolve basic problems associated with operating systems, networks, software, hardware, printers etc. But be prepared for surprises. In the quickly growing company we are, there is always something new to learn.

Working hours? This is a part-time job and the salary is hour-based. Working hours are agreed together with your superior. At first we are seeking a person who could support us approximately 20 hours a week.

What are we looking for in our Junior IT Admin? You need to have strong Linux skills and an aptitude to learn Windows and Mac administration. Experience in scripting and programming languages is a huge plus and it is even better if you know how to use Puppet, Ansible and VMWare. In order to succeed in this job, you need to be service-minded and eager to solve hardware as well as software problems. We don’t expect you to be a technical guru, but aspiring to become one is a must! Honesty, dedication and a good sense of humor are the kind of attributes we prize in a colleague as well.
