Junior Recruitment/Office Specialist

We are looking for a person who have:

  • Fluent spoken and very good written English
  • Teamwork abilities
  • Analytical skills, accuracy, and reliability
  • Meticulousness and excellent at time organization
  • Communicative and eager to contact new people
  • Abilities to plan and organize work

 

Additional assets are:

  • Familiarity with IT branch and its issues
  • Education in psychology/administration

 

Duties include:

  • Running recruitment in Polish and English language
  • Career path management
  • Reporting and analyzing recruitment process effectiveness
  • Researching new methods of finding candidates
  • Employer branding
  • Taking care of office daily workflow
  • Direct cooperation with Branch Manager
