JUNIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER for VMRay Analyzer (m/f)
RESPONSABILITIES
- Implementation of support for our corporate customers
- Support for our enterprise customers with questions about our product
- Close cooperation with the teams from Quality Assurance, Development and Product Management
- Creation of technical descriptions for customers and internal purposes
REQUIREMENTS
- Support Experience
- IT security expertise an advantage
- Initial experience in the creation of documentation an advantage
- Fluent English and German, especially English
