JUNIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER for VMRay Analyzer (m/f)

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Implementation of support for our corporate customers
  • Support for our enterprise customers with questions about our product
  • Close cooperation with the teams from Quality Assurance, Development and Product Management
  • Creation of technical descriptions for customers and internal purposes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Support Experience
  • IT security expertise an advantage
  • Initial experience in the creation of documentation an advantage
  • Fluent English and German, especially English
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic company
