Role Description

Fancy getting someone else do your laundry and dry cleaning for free for one month? At Laundrapp, we pride ourselves on offering a fantastic service to each and every one of our customers. Now we need volunteer Mystery Shoppers to help us put that service to the test. Could it be you? You will receive a £20 voucher valid for one week.

As a Mystery Shopper for Laundrapp you’ll directly contribute to the monitoring and improvement of our app, cleaning services and customer care. Your responsibilities will include:

– Using the app and logging feedback through a variety of channels

– Recording and reporting your observations including taking pictures

– Contacting customer service

You’ll need to have your own tablet or smartphone (iPhone, iPad, Android or Amazon Kindle), but no previous experience is required. Applicants must live within Bath, Manchester, Nottingham, Bexley, Croydon, Milton Keynes, Weybridge, Glasgow and Kingston. Our ideal Mystery Shopper will have fantastic communication skills and be familiar with other on-demand apps, such as Uber, Just Eat and Deliveroo.
