Learning and Development Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting time to join a newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. The L&D Manager will be responsible for evaluating current learning offerings and create a new learning strategy to support the ambitious growth targets of our business. This is a global role reporting into the Head of Talent Management.

Who we’re searching for...

As a Learning and Development Manager, you’ll:

  • Identify training needs for employees across the globe
  • Create and roll-out learning strategy in collaboration with various internal stakeholders, e.g. CoE colleagues, HR Business Partners, senior managers, C-Suite members
  • Vendor management/relations
  • Design and delivery of manager and employee training
  • Facilitate training sessions using a variety of methods
  • Identify and implement a new learning management system (LMS)
  • Identify and implement innovative and effective solutions
  • Run one to one coaching sessions
  • Keep up to date with developments in the industry, monitoring trends, practices and making recommendations relating to these

Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience in L&D role in a fast-paced, agile work environment
  • Experience with designing, delivering and evaluating training
  • Knowledge and experience of a variety of training methodologies
  • Balance between hands-on approach and strategic vision
  • Ability to influence staff at all levels right up to Senior Management
  • Excellent, pro-active communicator
