How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As part of an innovative, collaborative, results-driven team, you’ll primarily lead efforts to elevate our new hire onboarding program in Europe; manage our Learning Management System; build out our suite of e-learning and other self-paced learning offerings; drive learning operations; and support efforts to train, develop, and support our employees in Europe. You’ll help enhance our culture of continuous learning, and you’ll foster an environment in which employees can thrive in their roles while being their most authentic selves at Collibra. A day in the life of a Learning & Development Specialist at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Organizing and running our new hire onboarding program in Europe, including facilitation, project management, coordination/logistics, and communications.
  • Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including leading process improvements, problem solving, content management, managing system releases and training users as needed
  • Creating and managing user groups and learning cohorts in the LMS, managing course enrollment and assignment including progress tracking
  • Designing and expanding self-paced development programs (in particular, e-learning) based on the needs of the organization
  • Owning all Learning & Development operations
  • Maintaining training records and ensuring accuracy
  • Developing, implementing, and analyzing metrics; creation of custom reports to meet compliance needs and to support the L&D team and the business
  • Assessing external vendors and resources to encourage self-paced learning
  • Managing L&D pages and documentation on the company’s intranet
  • Assisting in cross-functional creation of global employee handbook
  • Ensuring compliance trainings are up to date
  • Supporting the rollout of internal and external learning and experience programs in Europe, including project management, budgeting, and communications/marketing
