Deliver and debug company's applications all over the world (in English)Identify and remedy server, network and storage performance issuesHandle support issues, whenever raised by customersWrite educative articles focused on troubleshooting or product featuresReport about software performance on customer's installationProvide feedback and report to management on overall software qualityReport documentation issuesConduct customer engineering trainingReport to Product Management on software experience

What You Must Know

BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field3+ years of experience in a telecom environment working with Linux serversVery good English skills - written (excellent), spoken (very good)Excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailsGood organization skills, must be able to multitaskGood knowledge of network protocols, SQL languageVery good knowledge of RHEL/Linux/Networking/Naming ServicesStrong troubleshooting/debugging skills and passion for problem solving and investigationKnowledge of Open Source applications such as K8s, Docker, Nginx, Asterisk, Kamailio, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, ElasticSearch is considered a plus.VoIP protocols experience (SIP, RTP) is considered a plus.

Scripting skills (Python, Perl, Ruby, Bash) are considered a plus.
