As our Controlling Manager at Omio, you will be a key part of our Finance Team, in charge of reporting and controlling all financial figures for our B2C business. The position is based in Berlin and will report directly to our Director Accounting and Controlling.

You will

  • Work closely with management to analyse, improve and manage cost and revenue performance
  • Identify and review cost and revenue drivers
  • Prepare the monthly cost and revenue reporting, including comments and counter-measures
  • Support financial planning, budgeting and forecast processes
  • Independently lead specific planning, budgeting and forecasting work streams and Finance-related projects
  • Enhance the steering model by data-driven approach
  • Develop and improve tools, reports and team-level metrics

Your profile

  • University degree in business or economics, with a specialisation in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or a related field
  • 6- 10 years of relevant, progressive experience; e-commerce, management consulting and/or fast-growing internet environment is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Project Management experience is a big plus
  • Excellent communicator and skilled in working effectively with colleagues across departments and levels
  • You are self-motivated and driven and you are confident presenting in front of top management
  • Fluent English skills; other languages are a plus
